ABSTRACT:

The actual driving force to the globalization process was provided by the new economic policy introduced by the government of India in July1991 at the order of the IMF and the World Bank. Globalization has led to an asymmetrical completion a competition between giant MNCs and dwarf Indian ventures. The small scale sector is a very important element of overall industrial sector of the country. The small scale sector forms a most important part of Indian industry and contributing to a significant proportion of production, exports and employment therefore the present study analyzes the "Impact of new financial reforms on Small Scale Industries". The main theme of the paper is to evaluate the performance of small scale sector before and after new financial reforms and compare them with average annual growth rates to know the impact of financial reforms on the performance of small scale sector. The era of the study is 1985 to 2015 and based on secondary information.
